The Fishers Are Here!

Sandra with Yohani, Warren, John, and Joe (I think now a Fisher for a while too).

The Fishers are some of our dearest friends who have been like family to me almost my entire life. They normally live in Seattle but this year they are in Kenya working at Kijabe Mission Hospital and we are SO SO SO happy that they were able to come down here and be with us this week.

On Sunday we also had a wonderful visit from Patrick, our great friend from Arkansas. Here we are all eating a good chicken lunch after church - Victor, Patrick, Sandra with Yohani, Warren, Joe, and John.

Sandra gave Yohani his very first toy and he LOVED it.

John and Yohani (or Yohani and Yohani since Yohani means John in Macua).

Eating mangos and cashews in the evening, both very in-season right now. And this is the only time of day it's not over 90˚!

Sandra and Victor on our front porch.

A big game of throwing a ball against the wall.

While the kids were trying to get mangos out of the tree they knocked down this gigantic bat who was sleeping up there.

The bat - kind of sad.
